CCS Organizes Faculty Development Seminars
The College of Computer Studies organized a number of seminar-workshops for its faculty members this year. The first one was held on July 22-23, 2019 at the URSB Training Center. The seminar-workshop focused on Mobile Application and Arduino and was participated by all CCS Faculty members. (more)
URSB Faculty and Staff crowned URS GOT TALENT 2019 champions
The URS Binangonan Faculty and Staff won the Grand Prize at the URS GOT Talent Competition held at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City on August 9, 2019, as part of the 18th Founding Anniversary Celebration of the University of Rizal System. (more)
Way to Success! Dean’s Listers and Special Awards Ceremony held
The College Dean’s List and Special Awards Ceremony was held on January 23, 2020 at the CCS Grounds. The event awarded and recognized the students who achieved the Dean’s Listers remark during the first semester of the academic year 2019 – 2020 along with special awardees who represented the college in different regional and national competitions. FACULTY SPOTLIGHT: ERNAN DE JESUS
After obtaining his college degree, Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the University of Rizal System Binangonan (URSB) in 2012, he got into URSB as a part-time instructor. In the first 3 years, he treated teaching as a “job”. It’s like a routine that he’ll teach, give activities, and go home. Though as time passed by, he eventually loved teaching. For him being an educator is not just a teacher, a second parent, a motivator, a friend, a brother, an older sister, a teacher is a “Kapamilya”.
