CCS Organizes Faculty Web Development Seminars

The College of Computer Studies organized a number of seminar-workshops for its faculty members this year. The first one was held on July 22-23, 2019 at the URSB Training Center. The seminar-workshop focused on Mobile Application and Arduino and was participated by all CCS Faculty members.

Campus MIS, Prof. Mark Anthony Zamora with the aid of Mr. Genesis Cunanan conducted another seminar at the URSB Training Center on November 28. This time, the seminar taught part-time instructors on how to navigate the University Online Enrollment System (OLESAPP) and provided instructions and precautions when encoding grades.

Another seminar was held on November 29, spearheaded by Prof. Marthea Daluyon that discussed Online Virtual Classroom. Dean Owen Escuadra served as the speaker, providing input on how faculty members can initiate an online virtual class, using Google Classroom.

Beginning with this initiative, a number of faculty development seminars are still underway and shall be spearheaded and conducted by the college this coming semester.
